How do you see Visibly fitting into the healthcare technology industry today?
Visibly built a suite of technology solutions that empowers the industry several ways. Our online vision test offers patients a safe and convenient way to renew their prescriptions. By also allowing doctors and retailers to integrate this technology online or on-site, they can build a more direct and engaging relationship with patients and consumers. It also allows them to expand their existing customer base.
What is the greatest industry challenge Visibly is facing today?
Educating doctors and retailers on how to use Visibly’s technology is the biggest and most exciting opportunity.
We have stringent age (18-55) and medical restrictions to ensure only the patients who are a good fit for our online vision test can take it. As a result, about 30% of patients who sign up for an online vision test are unable to participate and we offer them the ability to find a doctor in their area to schedule an eye exam with. Doctors have the ability to partner with Visibly and capture those patients who need more comprehensive vision care.
Eyewear retailers also use Visibly’s online vision technology to move consumers with outdated prescriptions through the eyewear purchase funnel without ever leaving their website or store.
We understand we may not be the perfect solution for every practice but many can benefit from the deeper patient relationships built through Visibly’s vision technology solutions.
What are Visibly’s plans for the future?
